We’ll take some time to explore what’s been happening for you in more depth. I’ll learn more about the main challenges you’re facing, what you’d like to achieve through therapy. From there, I’ll create a tailored treatment plan to guide our future sessions and support you in reaching your goals.

Ongoing sessions
After the initial consultation, ongoing therapy sessions are held online via Microsoft Teams. This allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your own home while maintaining the same level of connection, confidentiality, and support as in-person sessions.

Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for CBT therapists seeking a supportive and reflective space to develop their practice. My approach to supervision is person-centred and collaborative, focusing not only on clinical skills and ethical practice but also on your wellbeing as a practitioner.
Supervision is not just about going through cases mechanically — it’s about reflecting on how your work impacts you, exploring your responses, and nurturing your confidence and growth as a therapist. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel valued, supported, and able to bring your authentic self to your practice.

Difference between CBT and Coaching
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy focuses on understanding and changing unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that contribute to anxiety, low mood, or stress. It’s a structured, evidence-based approach designed to support emotional healing and resilience.
Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused and goal-driven. It’s ideal if you want to gain clarity, confidence, or direction in your personal or professional life. While CBT helps you manage and heal, coaching helps you grow and thrive.
