About facilitators

💖Paula

Paula is a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, supporting women since 2017 in restoring calm, confidence, and inner balance.

Her experience includes working with a wide range of challenges — from chronic

stress and burnout, to low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and life crises.

Over the years, she has helped hundreds of women create real, lasting change

and build a life that feels more aligned with who they truly are.

Paula’s work is modern, yet deeply attentive and individualised. She combines

evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as ACT (Acceptance and

Commitment Therapy) and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) with

a holistic understanding of women’s wellbeing — emotionally, mentally,

and internally.

She also integrates Polyvagal Theory, helping women understand their nervous system

and gently reconnect with a sense of safety within their bodies. Through simple, grounding somatic practices (such as breathwork, body-based regulation tools, and nervous system soothing techniques), Paula supports you not only in calming your thoughts — but also in feeling calmer in your body. Because real healing isn’t just “in the mind”… it’s in the way your whole system learns to soften, settle, and trust again.

This blend of professionalism, warmth, and high standards means many women feel safe, deeply supported, and genuinely understood in her presence.

 

During women’s retreats, Paula creates a space where you can slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself — with calm, ease, and a sense of quiet confidence. 💖Kasia

Kasia is an exceptional yoga teacher and sound bath specialist who has been

guiding women towards deep calm, balance, and a true return to themselves

for years.

She has delivered over 5,000 yoga and wellness sessions across multiple

styles, becoming a recognised and highly respected expert within the yoga

community — particularly in body-based practice, meditation, and crystal

healing.

Her classes are so much more than movement. Kasia creates an experience

that blends conscious breathwork, fluid flow, meditation, and soothing sound,

supporting the release of tension and emotional blocks. It’s a space where the body begins to soften, the mind slows down, and women can feel peace, lightness, and deep grounding.

Kasia is warm, authentic, and deeply attentive. At the same time, she carries a strength and leadership that builds a sense of safety and trust — even for those who live with daily stress, overwhelm, or find it difficult to “switch off.”

Her approach is holistic, refined, and full of class: every session is thoughtful, seamless, and guided with the intention that you feel genuinely held and cared for.
